1. Booking & Appointments
- All appointments must be scheduled through our website or an approved booking platform.
- A confirmation email or text will be sent after booking. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
- Complimentary sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and selection is not guaranteed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiting a complimentary session or a $25 rebooking fee.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Payments & Refunds
- All paid sessions must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
- We accept cash, credit/debit, Apple pay and PayPal.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
4. Guest & Age Policy
- Clients are welcome to bring guests to their session. Limited to [3] guest.
- Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
5. How to Prepare for Your Ultrasound
To get the best images of your baby, we recommend:
βοΈ Drinking plenty of water in the 24β48 hours before your appointment.
βοΈ Eating a small meal or snack (such as PB&J or fruit juice) 30β45 minutes before your session.
βοΈ Wearing comfortable clothing for easy access to your belly.
βοΈ Arriving on time to maximize your session.
6. Non-Diagnostic Service Disclaimer
- Mission Mommy HQ ultrasounds are for entertainment and bonding purposes only.
- We do not provide medical evaluations, fetal measurements, or diagnostic services.
- If we notice anything of concern during your session, we may advise you to follow up with your doctor, but we do not provide medical diagnoses.
- These ultrasounds are not a substitute for routine prenatal care by a licensed healthcare provider.
7. Image & Session Quality
- Every baby scans differently based on position, gestational age, and maternal body composition.
- While we do our best to capture clear images, we cannot guarantee specific image quality.
- If your baby is in a difficult position, we may suggest rescheduling at a discounted rate or offer additional tips to improve visibility.
8. Liability Waiver
By using our services, you agree that:
- You understand that our ultrasounds are non-medical, elective, and for entertainment purposes only.
- You release Mission Mommy HQ, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to the use of our services.
- You acknowledge that we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and that any medical concerns should be discussed with your healthcare provider.
9. Media & Marketing Consent
- If you opt-in for media sharing, we may use ultrasound images/videos for marketing, social media, or promotional materials.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by notifying us.
10. Changes to These Terms
Mission Mommy HQ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
