Yes! We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Sometimes, babies like to be stubborn! If needed, we may ask you to move around, drink something sweet, or reschedule if we canβt get clear images.
No, our ultrasounds are non-diagnostic and for bonding and entertainment purposes only. They do not replace medical ultrasounds or doctor visits.
We do not use Doppler on babies before 12 weeks. Before this time, we rely on ultrasound to visualize the heartbeat. This is to ensure the safest experience for both you and your little one.
The best time for 3D/4D/HD imaging is between 26-32 weeks, when baby has more developed facial features but still has enough space to move.
Yes! We love when family and friends join to share this special moment. Onsite is limited to (3) guest. Mobile is unlimited.
While we do our best to get clear images, babyβs position can sometimes make it tricky. If weβre unable to capture quality images, weβll discuss rescheduling options. (Limited to 1)
