Yes! We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Our sessions are by appointment only to ensure each client gets the best experience.

To help get the best images of your baby:

✔️ Drink plenty of water in the 24–48 hours before your appointment for clearer images.

✔️ Have a light meal or snack (like PB&J or fruit juice) 30–45 minutes before to wake baby up.

✔️ Wear comfortable clothing for easy access to your belly.

✔️ Arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax before your session.

Sometimes, babies like to be stubborn! If needed, we may ask you to move around, drink something sweet, or reschedule if we can’t get clear images.

No, our ultrasounds are non-diagnostic and for bonding and entertainment purposes only. They do not replace medical ultrasounds or doctor visits.

We do not use Doppler on babies before 12 weeks. Before this time, we rely on ultrasound to visualize the heartbeat. This is to ensure the safest experience for both you and your little one.

At Mission Mommy HQ, we strive for the highest accuracy using ultrasound to determine your baby’s gender. While our gender scans are 99%+ accurate when baby cooperates and is past 14 weeks, it’s important to know that:

• Gender predictions are non-diagnostic and based on visual interpretation during the scan.
• Accuracy depends on baby’s position, gestational age, and clarity of views during your session.
• In rare cases, the baby’s genitalia may be hidden, underdeveloped, or misinterpreted.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy and always recommend confirming gender at your anatomy scan or through clinical testing if you need medical certainty.

The best time for 3D/4D/HD imaging is between 26-32 weeks, when baby has more developed facial features but still has enough space to move.

Yes! We love when family and friends join to share this special moment. Onsite is limited to (3) guest. Mobile is unlimited.

While we do our best to get clear images, baby’s position can sometimes make it tricky. If we’re unable to capture quality images, we’ll discuss rescheduling options. (Limited to 1 rescan)

Rescans are offered at the sonographer’s discretion and are not valid on flash sale appointments.

No, booking a complimentary session is a request, not a guarantee. If selected, we will confirm your appointment in a separate email.

Complimentary sessions may be used for training, marketing, or testing new techniques. While still a great experience, availability and session length may vary..
