Appointment Policy

📆 Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to confirm.
If you book more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit is due within 24 hours.
If you book less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit is due within 2 hours.
Appointments without a deposit within the required time frame may be canceled or released to another client.
Same-day appointments are not accepted. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to book.

⏰ Arrival & Grace Period

Please arrive on time for your session. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
If you are more than 10 minutes late:
- Your session may be shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show, depending on availability.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future sessions.

💸 Refunds & Re-Scans

Ultrasound services are non-refundable once the session is completed.
If a scan cannot be performed (e.g., due to baby’s position), one complimentary rescan will be offered within 7 days, depending on availability.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with image quality. Many factors influence image clarity, including baby’s position, maternal body type, and amniotic fluid levels.

Deposits for special events, group sessions, or discounted packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
