APPOINTMENT POLICY

πŸ“† Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments require a deposit to confirm.
     
  • If you book more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit is due within 24 hours.
     
  • If you book less than 48 hours in advance, your deposit is due within 2 hours.
     
  • Appointments without a deposit within the required time frame may be canceled or released to another client.
     
  • Same-day appointments are not accepted. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to book.
     

⏰ Arrival & Grace Period

  • In-suite clients: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show, depending on availability.
     
  • Mobile clients: Please ensure that your space is ready at your scheduled time.
    You must have:
     
  • A bed, couch, or recliner in a quiet area
     
  • An accessible outlet
     
  • A working TV with an HDMI input 

             (If no TV is available, you will still receive your session. Viewing will take place on the ultrasound machine screen instead.)
 

πŸ”„ Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
     
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged a full deposit as the cancellation fee.
     
  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future sessions.
     

πŸ’Έ Refunds & Re-Scans

  • Ultrasound services are non-refundable once the session is completed.
     
  • If a scan cannot be performed (e.g., due to baby’s position), one complimentary rescan will be offered within 7 days, depending on availability.
     
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with image quality. Many factors influence image clarity, including baby’s position, maternal body type, and amniotic fluid levels.
     

πŸŽ‰ Special Offers & Packages

  • Deposits for special events, group sessions, or discounted packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
