Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
Ultrasound services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If an ultrasound cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,baby’s position), one complimentary rescan will be offered within a specified timeframe.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with image quality, as factors like fetal position, maternal body type, and amniotic fluid levels can impact results.
Deposits for special events, group sessions, or discounted packages are non- refundable but may be transferred to another appointment.
